would that make up for missing out on the biggest property rises in a decade?...Keen had his money in the bank too, lot of good that did him...and he had to spend some on a new pair of reeboks - lol
you'ld be lucky to get medians back at late 2008 prices imo.
of note, quite a few of my friends have all been getting decent pay rises recently. Just something I've noticed.
