Found this interesting site (obviously doesn't confirm anything but nice they do know about us??)....the data base is the US Homeland Defence & Security Information Analysis Centre (HDIAC). Haven't gone thru all of the site yet.

What Is HDIAC?
The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) is a Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored organization through the Defense Technical Information Center. HDIAC utilizes expertise and knowledge from government agencies, research institutions, laboratories, industry and academia on topics relevant to DoD and other government entities. HDIAC’s mission is to serve as a ready tool for strategic, operational and tactical organizations within the DoD and the broader community.
HDIAC provides information, analysis and collaboration and also establishes, provides and maintains extensive Scientific and Technical Information (STI) from DoD organizations, approved contractors and federal, state and local government. HDIAC includes the former CBRN Defense Information Analysis Center (CBRNIAC) disciplines, as well as boarding the technical scope; HDIAC covers topics in the following focus areas:
It appears when they take an interest in something they record in a repository for other Dept's etc. This popped up in their repository under biometrics, only around 30 odd biometric resource links listed in their collection and tell me if this one is familiar?
