On the top, sitting on speculative stock for year even though it has blossomed from 0.2c to 20's, 30's and 40's. Reducing risk is the best way to go and thats what happened all along, RAP would have stayed in high 30's or 40's if investors didn't pull out time to time. I invested in EMC and RAP same time and compare the chart. You will know the stock people really believe in. RAP will tank to 20's again which did happen week ago. Do not think I am saying this to buy more at cheaper price because I am already carrying lot of weight.
