    But, BusinessSpectator and Nine MSN. reported this morning that the House Price for October is flat. The following articles claim that the unexpected figure was accounted for 0.3% drop in Dow Jones after an early gain.

    Last night, I read the figure on Bloomberg - and it did state a 0.4% jump - why there is an discrepancy.
