There will be no rate rises. If they raise rates then there will be another GFC only this time it will be bigger and worse than before.
Look at their debt. How can anyone possibly even think they will raise rates with so much debt. If rates rise so to will home loans and the result will be another round of defaults just like in 2007-2009.
The western financial world is bankrupt, that is what the GFC highlighted. What was the solution to that problem? Just pile on more debt to stabilise the markets and worry about the repercussions later, in other words lets just kick the can down the road. Problem is there is only so far you can kick the can.
