The US WIC program / Abbot has some 40% share. Runs like a voucher / coupon system, where the voucher is redeemed in-store for your nominated formula. Rebates back to the Govt from manufactures for participation can be very high. Even if A2M was able to gain access, it might not be either viable or the best place to be Brand wise.
