Once IM3 has the department of energy's endorsement, the publicity will be huge. It will help everything.
It will be a grant from US government for sure. US government done this before.
Just remember this time is different, the technology is much more advanced, the Green push is much stronger,
the strategy for IM3 is more cautious and conservative which is a smart way to play out.
