Korea and China had attacked Japan many times over the centuries- North Korea still regularly kidnaping Japanese citizens to this day, to keep them prisoner for decades if not their whole life to have them teach their people Japanese & I haven’t noticed South Korea or China helping to stop that or even taking about it.
