While MP is very low NORM you should check your facts, Shenghe recently signed a JV with another Chinese processor to process imported ore with high U/Th levels, as may flow from Greenland.
Molycorp, like LAMP, installed all the appropriate enviro controls + an effective tailings treatment plan, and was fully permitted. Currently processing concentrate presumably under the same permits.
