So this isthe situation. There is no FED mechanism for giving money to companies no mater who they are owned by. A state of emergency would be the fastest way to create one. This is how banking crisis was handled.
We have a presidentand congress that main goal seems to be to fight one another and they wouldboth have to approve the funds.

We have Chinamaking many threats through the press but doing nothing, in fact they shipped 32%more REO to rest of world in July as June. At a higher average price. More ND Pr? Sorry August data still is not up.

We have USpress getting very excited but that is because problems sell.

So lots oftalk but so far no action. A few days ago China stopped implimentation or partially lifted some tariffs on soybeans and several other farm products.. These tariffs were hurting DT’s strongest base the American Midwest farm belt. Not sure but I think XI just blinked first. DT did take some small actions first but the farm tariffs were hurting the people that voted for DT and were highly effective, way beyond the $ value.

In the lastfew days there have been many posts of ‘ I heard from this credible but unnamed source that the US is government may support this’ on this board. You are the most respected on this board. If people are going to talk about this why does not someone say how it could be done? Why it is needed? If XI does use REO then the amount of VC money available will be large and no government money needed and that is how it should work. VC money will come fast. Government will take at least one or two years for our government to work it out. Go back to banking crisis and look at BK of GM and AIG and how long that took to put together.
