What I still don't understand is how GMMVF is still qualified to trade on the OTC markets. The 'Security Details' tab on the listing on OTC markets states that the shares are registered with the ASX (which they no longer are) and the transfer agent is Automic (which it no longer is).
Is it just that these are out-of-date as the last OTCQB Certification was done pre-delisting? Surely though if those things change as significantly as they have they must be reported?
