There is a case here 100%. I don’t think this is the right time to pull the trigger. Every public company have D&O insurance just for this kind of claims and even if company goes bankrupt they purchase a tail insurance to cover past events.
No worries guys, if Yacov won’t succeed and go bankrupt, you will have his policy to claim. Just wait for the right moment so it will not rune the chances of future listing.
