A North American listing will have long term benefit to shareholders.
The placement will create a dilution, so I guess there will be some that see this as a massive step forward and some that don't like the uncertaintly of not knowing how the funds raised will be used
Lets hope those that dont like this move are out soon.
Looks like a lot of support in the 90s anyway
