Isn't the raising us$150-180m, therefore assuming 0.90'fx the range is A$0.83-1.00 based on 200m shares. Although clearly they could issue less shares and therefore raise at a higher level.

It sounds as though they are also going to get new US based analyst coverage from 5 new brokers, being UBS, Wells Fargo, Canaccord US and 2 specialist energy brokers. These are the underwriters / book runners, so I wonder if they will come out with bullish research...!

I really don't understand the price action. I think you have to give Eric the benefit of the doubt that he will use the capital in an NPV accretive manner and there is no doubt that the US values US shale assets at higher values than Oz investors.
