US listing, what happens then?, page-10

I'm holding shares in a dog that moved from ASX to Singapore (SGX). When that change happened, holders were simply issued with the the same number of SGX-listed shares as they had of ASX-listed shares.
The company also did a modest capital raising at the same time, but that was a secondary matter to the change of listing.
Who knows if LNG would move to a US-listing the same way or not, but hopefully this explains one way of going about it.
