Thanks Khite Tzu for your three theories however as you stated in your post - NC informed us all at the Adelaide meeting the ratio will be 1:1. Also like to add NC and GR also recently informed me of this again last week. There is no dilution to existing shares our shares will track those listed on the NYSE (adjustment allowed for exchange rate conversion) with no minimum price requirements as a tier three listed company like 5 bucks, 4 bucks or whatever. The figures of 80 to 90 cents were mentioned by NC as a minimum but perhaps he is talking about Alexium's listing price for Alexium inc. The board believes if we list under 1 buck we will close over 2 bucks on the closing bell. We do meet the listing requirements and can list now if we wish as NC said we are just finalising the details. From memory NC said the higher the price is here (ASX) the better we will be going into the listing on the NYSE...

Forget the beer with Pinto , when we list we will be cracking open a bottle of  - Jeroboam of Chateau Mounton-Rothschild, 1945 valued at over $310,700 or $51,783.35 per glass. From the depths of Sir Pintos wine cellar over in Tasmania of course...
