I don't think so. There has been a comprehensive selection process for the successful tenderer to the DOD. We know its down to two. The other being the incumbent who doesn't comply when the Berry Amendment is dropped.

It would be impossible for a different company to now be included imo.

AJX will be a complying company for the purposes of being a successful tenderer. There is no need to go through a backdoor.

Also, we don't know for sure what the requirements are for listing on the New York Stock Exchange. My discussions with Directors is that we have no issue.
