I wonder what the options are in regards to a strategic investor? This is where I am expecting/hoping to have my socks knocked off...



I think we have a 10% placement facility, would this be used? Dr Sud could always do an off-market transfer of some of his options too (although I am not sure he would....). Will be interesting to see if we are able to bring a big fish on board from the US as a cornerstone investor. Getting the right name could drive the re-rate we so often speak about on this thread and associate with the US listing.

In one of Exalted's write ups he mentioned that we have Glenn Poswell as #5 shareholder (as of last year) - Glenn sits on the advisory board for fellow billionaire Jay-Z’s fund... Now if we can get Jay-Z, or Snoop Dogg (my personal hope) to be the face of this thing.... Then we are talking!
