Page 23 of today's AFR has an article about listing on the OTCQX in the US. It is a cheaper option for smaller companies to list.

It gives Linc Energy as an example, has gone up 340% since it was listed on the OTCQX.

I think ELK management should seriously consider this as an option so that the shares would be rerated. Also, gives better access to capital.
