For comparison, we spent $20M in 2014 on Project development expenses and $73M in 2015. Admittedly we are developing two projects (though one had most approvals), but we had also completed quite a bit of FEED in getting to construction at FL that we could reuse. $40M doesn't seem like it's going to last that long.
I thought I'd see month employee and external consultancy burn rate numbers recently but I can't recall now where they would have been.
