Oh I've got questions alright pal, but as a lawyer and client of the business I've no confidence they'll be answered on this forum - no matter which thread I post on. None of you seem educated on how this business hopes to turn profits. Feel free to disabuse me of this notion if you can, I assure you I'd welcome it.

E.g. what exactly are the fundamental tenets of a healthy individual investment in any particular civil ligation in Aus? Which jurisdictions are favourable to Plaintiffs/Defendants, in which states, and why? Who are the prospective defendants? What are the types of disbursements and which should the company avoid?

I'd bet the house you don't even know *what* I'm asking, let alone come close to having solid answers.
