i still reckon its only a top-up at Lady Bird and this is indicated in the tweets etc. The original contract was 5 year phoslock and the recent evidence is that multi treatments is the most effective for sediment phosphorus.
A note to the company; do not have your shareholders speculating on these situations. Some simple notes on social media regarding even repeat treatments would stop all this guessing.
As for the 10% its probably not a big deal according to a recent study at least on fishes but hey, why would you take the chance when even 5% caused so much scientific concern in the development days.
