If FFT patent and tech is so great - why did Senstar do the deal with Optellios and not FFT...
"Senstar has sold products to a number of border security implementations over its 35-year history. It’s OmniTrax buried sensors have been used to secure 40-mile-long border section in a Middle Eastern country. Senstar has also secured borders in Eastern Europe, as well as North American border crossing, according to Miriam Rautiainen, Marketing Director for the company."
FFT thinks it can compete with a company with 35years of history - in the same way AVA Global and BQT Solutions are currently competing with their competitors with decades of experience???
Senstar - the same company that passed FFT over and acquired a competitor - Optellios - whom FFT had a patent dispute with?
Call me a cynic - but doesn't that mean Senstar - a company with a 35 year history - sees no value in the FFT patents?
Hopefully there won't be any typos in those bidder and target statements.
