In the same vein, did anyone notice that the new Nissan Leaf was advertised for the first time last night on Australia's main commercial channels. So even in politically backward Oz over the last 3 years the general public have gone from knowing little or nothing about EVs to saturation advertising of pure electric EVs and E-Hybrids (Volvo, Toyota, Hyundi). In a cultural change sense, that's a mighty fast turnaround.
