The tinkering with the process is pretty well complete. Operations are now running smoothly with the third shift to start later this month,hence the broker presentation on site next week.
I went out there the other day the first pond is full to the max & they are on to the second.
I'm not too worried about the margins. As compared with the old landfill method which left the legacy of community dissatisfaction & potential legal action We will gain the income streams from

1 Income from slag suppliers being similar to the landfill charges that they would otherwise have to pay

2 The new process being able to extract almost twice the AL from the slag

3 Income from the AL80 , which is to be sold not as a cheap abrasive, but as an aluminum substitute, some seem to forget that so I will paste the section from the MHM website

Aluminium Oxide Processing

MHM has acquired the exclusive rights to a technology under development for the conversion of the aluminium oxide residue from salt slag recycling into a high-grade alumina substitute product.

Alreco’s AL80 product is produced from an aluminium oxide, one of the commodities recovered from salt slag recycling. AL80 is produced when aluminium oxide recovered from Alreco’s salt slag operations is valued added using an additional proprietary process.

In June 2011 a contract was signed with Impex Minerals Pty Ltd for the supply of AL80 with monthly shipments at a minimum of 1,500 tonnes. 

MHM is seeking additional aluminium oxide for treatment with the company’s proprietary process and welcomes inquiries in that regard."
