No there is no "slightly different format in naming Impex fully" about it , read the original announcement , it says "Impex Minerals Pty Ltd" .
It is not a minor thing to get the name of the company you have signed a major agreement with correct . I say major agreement not only because of the income but also because of the need to place this material for the MHM story to hang together .
What you are saying is rubbish Sally_Will , open your eyes .
PS. By the way , when I bought into this company I did have faith in their 'business conduct and ethics'
