    I'm probably missing something here, but 25% unobligated enriched uranium would mean to me uranium that is free of obligation as to its use, ie totally domestic derived technology. That would leave 75% that could have used foreign technology, ie silex or others.
    As to Silex vs American centrifuge, Silex is around half the capital cost. Ge Hitachi and Cameco would not have spent hundreds of millions of development dollars if it was not more attractive than financing an American centrifuge plant.
    I agree with Moosey, not much there aparrent for GLE. Although there was plenty that was negative for Russian and Chinese state sponsored fuel producers. I think this in itself is good for GLE.
    If the US intends to end reliance on these, they will need at least two more big enrichment plants that are commercialy competative without on going subsidy.
    I believe any assistance or nod for GLE would not be disclosed in this document, but rather be delivered in an election year by a republican politician close to the Paducah community.
    Now what's that uranium price doing today?
