Logistics Manager Company Profile: IOT Group USA LLC is the US distributor of an exciting new category of consumer drones. We are the distributor for North America encompassing the United States, Canada and Mexico; Located in Corona del Mar, CA with a Head Office in Sydney Australia and manufacturers in China, we are looking for a driven, experienced and multi-lingual Logistics Manager. We are a leader in an emerging market industry. The right candidate would work closely with our Chinese Manufacturer, 3PL and retailers to ensure the smooth storage, transportation and delivery of our goods. You will use our EDI system and liaise with various entities to ensure that stock is maintained and moved efficiently. You will facilitate a smooth supply chain at all times to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse arrangements, transportation and retailer services Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with manufacturers, retailers and consumers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arrange warehouse procedures, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments Resolve problems and complaints from supply chain participants Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements Requirements: Proven working experience as a logistics manager, preferably in the tech retail environment 5 years preferred Record of successful product distribution and logistics management experience with technology product distribution an advantage Demonstrable ability to lead projects and take initiative Proficient in standard logistics software including EDI systems Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred but not essential 4 year degree preferred but not essential Salary: Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience and will be competitive with the marketplace.
