Neanderthals existed exclusively in Europe and "Asia Minor". Unless you are a purebred African, you are almost certain to have Neanderthal DNA in you. Fair skin and hair is a common indicator of Neanderthal heritage, as they were one of the first species to adapt to the cold climes of Europe. It's really only the African thoroughbreds that are pure Homosapien.
