Disagree as GSK has 20 million in production and all will be sold. They have already announce an increase in production capacity since the earlier forecasts were made.
Appears that the negotiated price for stockpiling is 10% discount to previous price achieved or $30/course so $1.80/course to BTA appears to be the floor price as other sales will be more expensive with lower volumes such as any residual sales for private consumption.
