Share purchase plan closes on Friday. You see this kind of action with micro-cap retail raisings. Institutions will suppress the price to discourage retail holders from taking their entitlements. They will then sweep up the shortfall.
Personally, if the shares are only a few percent lower on the market I would rather take up my entitlement because that means my cash goes directly to Redflow and supports the business I've invested in.
