ive been invested here too many years lol. My clear understanding is that 88e has to inform the market of any price sensitive news at the earliest opportunity. Te timing is complicated with the asset being in Arizona rather than Perth or London.
Somerimes ASX gets first dibbs and others it's London.
On this occasion there can be no doubt that Dave is sat on price sensitive information. Due to Easter that means the news is delivered to Skippy first this time.
OTC is unregulated but most online yanks have no concept of the consequences of that. There is no way whatsoever that OCT can have news first. It's not 88e to blame for Monday being a trading day.
