Yes. If ASX Ann is at 830am Tuesday OTC will get this at 630pm Monday night ET (NY time) 2 hours after trading ceases in that city. So OTC 's closing price - due shortage of stock to trade that day - could well spike to well above a realistic level on which to assess as a guide to ASX Opening SP on Tuesday, IMO.
