Great time to take a position in PEN as the company is coming out from its orphan stage timeframe into its development stage, historically thats is always when a company SP rerates on becoming a exploration turning producer in any given commodity, ours U3O8 or yellow cake, pretty cool as Ive enjoyed researching uranium mining over the last several years, oh well, back on the PEN board will post again on any further company news!!
