I have received a response from the company. Basically they said the USA patent for lithium recovery from phosphate minerals does not have application in the Phase 1 Project, and on this basis they do not consider it to be material or price sensitive; however it will be referenced in our upcoming Quarterly Report as part of their general update on patents and trademarks.
I am happy with that. Hope that clears up this issue.
