It just... keeps... going. And yet there are still people who’ll say, “how dare you condemn the entire police force over a few bad apples!”

But that’s the thing, isn’t it? The saying isn’t “a few bad apples can be tolerated as long as the majority is good.” - it’s “a few bad apples will spoil the entire barrel.” As long as the good cops turn a blind eye to acts like these and refuse to eject the perpetrators... well, they’re not good cops. They’re complicit, accessories to the crimes of their brethren.
