Good Lynas employees and true Americans trust neither politicians nor government and want their power precisely delimited. That isn't what either major party promises to anyone anymore; which just goes to show why it isn't rational to trust any of them, though clearly some are better stanced than others. As a businessman, Trump was the best thing to happen to American politics in decades; maybe even since George Washington. Best thing to happen to rare earths and Lynas for certain.

Trump will remain a Rare Earth Rock Star if not the American version of the Chinese "Father of Rare Earths". He got it started, now we just need to see if the Dems try to scuttle it.

But given the fact that Trump got the future REE/CM mining/refining help through in the latest package suggest this EXTREMELY important first step will be supported. In fact the Dems might be so taken by the intelligence and urgency of the REE supply chain that Trump rightly re-focused industry on, that they might acquiesce to a bipartisan effort in which they attempt to counter Trump's contribution by DOUBLING DOWN on Trump policy.

That would be positive for Lynas in big way.

Otherwise, "just watch" the buffoon; he has never done anything in 50 yrs gov as a pol, so I just hope for more of the same.
