This project is a mess. It was do to be complete end 2022 there as no announcement then about slippage. The scope of plant has change yet no update on costs or schedule yet. For over a year they have been saying still in discussions on land contract.so will not say anything about location. MP signed deal with GM for metals and magnets found the site and had the entire external building complete in less than year and Lynas cannot even sign a contract for land in 18 months.
