yes diatribe I also listened to radio national they say all the people who either cantafford to live in the city or have bought in the city are selling up and where they can are moving to regional centres where they are in relative terms rich. which means the ridiculous escalation of prices in the city will follow and burn everyone there as well. sooner or later the music will stop and someone will fall down. doesnt look like happening soon though
