For the property to sell in excess of book value is a KEY issue- the market is "perceived" as being distressed.....once the media outlets release the info tomorrow we should see slow rise in SP - unfortunately given market was weak yesterday the gains are very limited today - but if DJ good tonight and media outlets release info should see good play tomorrow...hopefully to make the technical breakout actually happen...
