Happy to see Chris Gibbs promoting the company as the article points out he has a unique set of skills to handle the setup of ARR in the US into a large mining entity. The mention of a partner or a SPAC to facilitate this growth is encouraging it is such a large undertaking it obviously will need strong financial support. The main point is the fast tracking of the permitting process due to being situated on State land will define the success of the project. Jack Lifton is at last catching on to the sheer size of The Cowboy State Mine and the fact it will become a metal making enterprise in the US he will now as Executive Chairman of the Critical Mining Institute really start to promote it IMO
