There has been quite a long wait for a major announcement, it has happened before , obviously the company has a record of working away in the background before they inform the market. The current scenario is full of many working parts as the Bank of Montreal showcases the company to large mining conglomerates in a search for a partner to accelerate the process of building towards final decisions. This is a big project that needs the support of a mining giant with strong financial and technical expertise to underpin the venture. There will only be one winner that has the foresight to commit leaving their competitors in limbo in this heavy rare earths industry. They will receive many benefits from the US State and Federal Governments as the Trump Administration encourages domestic stockpiling and the building of state of the art processing facilities IMO
