Today's WSJ has an article about a guy who bought an old coal mine in Wyoming now discovering the value in rare earths may be worth $37 billion. Maybe the Lynas plant in Texas could earn some revenue doing the processing? The mine, Ramaco, also has some gallium and germanium.
