I totally agree with this. No one here smokes, or is obese, or has any
illnesses like diabetes, everyone swims or runs or does some kind of
physical activity outdoors.
I myself take zinc usually once a day, vitamin C (every 2 days) and a couple
of other natural organic tables occasionally.

Covid in even relatively healthy people (who are not obese like people in
the States) will likely show mild sympoms of Covid (like the husband of my
girlfriends sister, who had zero symptoms (he is 40 years old)).

Fear about the virus is making people irrational, and it will soon pass.

You're talking as if no one will die from Covid-19 if they are healthy. That is so far from the truth. That's like sort of saying, non-smokers will never get lung cancer or healthy people will never have heart attacks or stroke.

I'm 30 and have no health issues, but I'd rather try my best to avoid this, why put my health/life at risk when I don't have to? What happens if the virus that enters your body just happens to mutate or you had some health issues that you weren't aware of?
