bewdy, I got some houses in sydney, all close to the water.. meantime, tenants keep pushing up prices.. silly silly silly.. at every auction I have.. if only they would sleep on park benches or in old cars then rents wouldn't be so high.. I think I might start a petition to council.. more comfy park benches.. and special reserved parking places, like they have for the disabled and prammy mums.. for rusty old kombis with a stained matress in the back.. its the only nice thing to do.. eh?
