Sandune - one wonders if the Xand Y generation here will get the message. The over supply is the only reason it is holding up. I'd like to personally take it out on some of the sharks talking it up - including ABC radio.
Property is a joke, the most over valued in 120 years. Aussie property will lose 50% next decade, some more (eg: Hobart).
