re: i'm feeling a bit better now - thanks Very sloppy reporting. The Age and the SMH both also report Texas as banning red light cameras whereas the exact opposite has happened. Also as has been said before Ohio is early days yet and even the proposer of this Lower House bill is already saying he wants to negotiate a compromise which may be as tame as just setting firm guidelines for the operation of photo enforcement by the various cities in Ohio.

In Texas alone the potential for Redflex is probably double that for Ohio, Arizona has now approved photo radar speed cameras, Comms has won a contract that could end up being for more than $40 million, etc.

However we are dealing with a weak market, an analyst who is covering his butt, and a newspaper reporterwho can't be bothered to sort fact from fiction.
