The SEC is still processing filings to 6th August 2002, although the latest site update was @4.45pm, 7th August. Processing of the filings, however, is now starting to fall behind whilst a number of companies are yet to finalise their certifications.
Some of the DOW heavyweights, however, have now made their filings, including Alcoa overnight (accounting for 2.12% of the DOW component).
Other DOW component companies that have filed to date, include Exxon (2.8%), GE (2.46%), and United Technologies (5.47%) have also filed.
