Each Biota shareholder gets 0.1249630125 Nabi shares.

But only after Nabi has done a 1 for 6 share consolidation.

Therefore - if NABI has already gone ex its dividend of about US$1 - and given that NABI is trading at US$1.70. . . .. this would imply that the value that you will received on NASDAQ based on current prices for each BTA share is:

(1.7*6)/0.1249630125=US$1.27.

As I said in my post earlier this morning - i find this very strange if it is the case, and suspect that maybe NABI has not gone ex the dividend yet, although i have not yet been able to confirm that.

If Nabi is yet to go ex the divvie, and if the dividend dropoff is dollar for dollar, then value received for each BTA share is:

(0.7*6)/0.1249630125=US0.525
