Same thing has happened with the Russian Military machine for years, (ie Not being paid), ironic that the capitalistic machine of wall street has managed to bring down two of the worlds strongest military superpowers, assuming the individual soldiers decide en masses that they don't want to fight and die, and be unpaid for the privilege.
